Though O.O. was established in 2018, the discipline of organization was instilled in me at a much younger age. That discipline turned into a passion and bloomed to become what it is today – a business!

Caroline is a native of Richmond, Virginia (where she calls ‘home’), an Alumna of Sweet Briar College and a proud Army wife. She and her sweethearted husband, Frank, have been stationed in Germany, Missouri, Georgia, Mississippi, and Kansas. They now reside in the in Sumter, South Carolina.
