Consider me to be your Travel Concierge. I’ll work on the details of your trip from idea to execution. We’ll start with a phone call to discuss your goals, needs, concerns, and resources. Then based on our conversation, I’ll create a customized trip plan and itinerary centered around you and your autistic loved ones’ needs without sacrificing fun or adventure!

And when I say “Travel Concierge” I mean just that! I’m here to answer questions from the planning stage right through to your arrival and the duration of your vacation! My job is done once you’ve returned home with a camera full of memories and excitement about planning your next trip together!

If we agree to work together, to create an experience that meets your needs, I require a fee for consultation, research, and itinerary development. An invoice of $200 will be sent to you after our initial phone consultation and then I will send you the initial proposal based on the information you gave me.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Unless otherwise defined during the reservation process, final payment is due before departure according to each supplier’s (airline, hotel, cruise line, transfer company, sightseeing operators, and other travel service vendors) terms and conditions involved in your travel booking. If final and full payment is not received by the applicable due date, reservations are subject to cancelation and deposits shall be forfeited. In some cases, there is NO REFUND once a booking is made and paid in full. Your right to a refund if you change or cancel your travel plans is limited. All cancelation requests must be sent to Spectrum Getaways in writing. As a result of cancelation, Spectrum Getaways’s and third-party supplier’s cancelation penalties will apply, which are detailed in your travel documentation, and each supplier’s website. We advise you of any cancelation penalties at the time of booking and provide information about these penalties upon confirmation. If you have any questions, or if any penalties are unclear, please contact Spectrum Getaways. All cancelation fees will be charged to the credit card or other payment method you authorized to pay for travel services or deducted from the supplier’s refund.
