Cancellations need to be fast! We try to get our items out to you ASAP, hopefully the same day you ordered!

If you weren't able to cancel within 2 hours, there is a high probability that your items have been shipped to you. If this happens, please wait until your items reach you to make sure you actually DO want to return them and get a refund.

Refunds take time... Please send back the merchandise, and upon receipt of non-damaged items, a refund will be administered to the payment method you used.

Personalized and/or signed merchandise cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

EXCHANGES - if you ordered a wrong size or wrong book, etc, just return the non-damaged items to us, and upon receipt we will send out the new item(s) that you desire.  There could be an additional shipping fee depending.
