Pre kiddos I used to drive 20min to the gym, workout for an hour or two, socialize and drive another 20min home. I was working remotely in accounting and my husband was deployed. I had all the extra time to work out and spend at the gym.

Fast forward a few years, and my gym is 10 yards from my kitchen, yet some days carving out time for an hour workout just isn’t happening. Even with a full home gym, sometimes I just want something where I spend more time working out, and less time pulling equipment out & setting up.

This is for that. For busy moms and busy days where you just don’t have ALL THE TIME. But still want a little bit of movement just for you.

Strong at Home Moms is 3 workouts per week taking 30min or less including a warmup. It uses limited equipment (2 sets of dumbbells, a kettlebell, and resistance bands recommended), but can be done with a little less. You can do the workouts every week, or just when needed.

This IS NOT a pregnancy or postpartum specific program. If you’re pregnant it can likely be followed with a few tweaks here and there, and I’d be happy to chat with you about that.
