The Strong At Home plan was designed for the busy milspouse in mind! Maybe you don’t have time to go to the gym, or don’t feel comfortable in a gym setting. This program gives you step by step strength training programs on an easy to use app using minimal equipment! for $29/month, you will receive a full 6 week workout plan (4 days per week for 45 minutes per day) that emphasizes resistance training, mobility, and core stability. There is never a deadline for signing up- the program starts when you start! You can learn to build confidence with a certified personal trainer and your workouts change every 6 weeks so you’re never bored!ย
