Made from 1/4 Premium Pine Wood, and are approximately 7′ inches in size.

    custom orders are non-refundable. Proofs will be emailed prior to
    shipping to ensure satisfaction-if needed for custom designs. In the
    event the item is damaged during transit, item can be sent back to be
    fixed-however shipping cost to/from will be the responsibility of the

    held liable if current physical address is not correctly provided prior
    to shipping items purchased. No refunds will be given, and buyer will
    be responsible for contacting US Postal Service. (A discounted rate will
    be offered to replace the item if this happens)

Shipping Policy

At The Vintage Sailor Design Co. we understand you want to receive your order as soon as possible. We try our best to get all our orders out in a timely matter. 

Please understand that our processing time on all orders is 10-14 business days. Once it ships you should receive an email with the tracking information. We primarily use USPS to ship all our orders.

Payment must be made in full for any order to be shipped. 


Your order will be packaged in material such as bubble wrap, foam, packing peanuts, and/or brown paper to ensure safe delivery. Then placed in the appropriate mailing package. We try our best to use recycled materials so the packaging and wrapping is clean, neat and practical

Refund Policy

The Vintage Sailor Design Co. will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, not deliverable or damaged orders. We understand USPS can be rough with our packages at times resulting in damaged goods. If this happens, please contact as soon as possible with a photo of the damage and we will do our best to help.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • For Returns: All items must be returned unused and undamaged. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless we conclude the product is defective.  Once we receive the item/s we will issue a full refund of the items cost to the buyer.  Please contact us to receive return shipping information. 
  •  For Exchanges: Not offered.
  •  All sale/clearance items are final. Custom orders are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted if they are requested within a 24 hour period of when the order was placed. A refund will be issued to the buyer.
