Our 5-day return policy will allow you to request a return/refund within 5 days of receiving your product.
Please be sure your item is in the original state that it was received in order to be qualified for a refund!

To start a return, please email our customer care support at info@myorganic-shop.com. Please be sure to include your order number, receipt/proof of purchase, and a brief message describing reasoning for refund/return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted!
