Due to these being handmade and a lot of hours go into making them we do not accept returns or refunds, however if something is wrong with your tumbler that we made a mistake on and it affects the use of the tumbler then we will happily remake it for you with the return of the original tumbler.

If you want another tumbler or different size we can always accommodate your request there may just be an extra charge.
