Genuinely Thank you for your time, your bravery and your service. Are you fresh out of the Armed Forces, a Career seeker, an empty nester? Do you feel a sense of pause where the norm you once felt was “Go, Go, Go”? There is no greater routine, no structure, no mission to help you navigate through your day, or are you a person who is so happy to finally be out of the military, but are so damn bored, cannot think of what to do to pass the time, and you do not know where to start to find you again?

May you are very social with your Fellow Vets, but have a hard time giving for yourself and saying “no” to others. In your individualized Coaching program you will: 

* Create a routine that feels good for you, where you make the rules, and learn how to stick to them with values for purpose. 

*Create or find resources together that serve you, considering your busy lifestyle. 

* Build the muscle to honor yourself, advocate for yourself and stand up for what you believe in with humbling pride, say YES to what feels good for you!!
