Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

*Once an order is fulfilled & collected by USPS it is out of our control. If your package is shown as lost, we will gladly replace your order after 10 business days to allow for USPS to scan. If the package appears as delivered, but you did not in fact receive the items, please file a claim with your local post office. The results of your claim will determine the results of your order. For further information refer to the Delayed or Lost Orders information in the Shipping Policy sections below.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

Peachtails Apparel is not responsible for import excise taxes, customs duties nor VATs for purchases placed outside of the United States and her territories. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. (An average order takes 4-7 business days to process and 2-5 to ship domestically)

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Shipping charges are subject to change at any time without notice.

Customs Clearance: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Your Super is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed of Lost Orders: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

Wrong of Incomplete Address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (eligible only for exchange or store credit, unless there are excruciating circumstances). 

Refunds
In order to be eligible for a return and refund, you have 7-days* (from the day the delivery notification was received) to initiate contact with us and express the reason why you’d like to process a return for a refund. 

*We understand there will be certain circumstances where this may not be possible, (especially since both owners are veterans). Please email us without hesitation and we will work with you (customerservice@peachtails.com)! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (only tried-on), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

(Note: “Gift Card” and/or “e-gift card” are both used when describing our gift card product offering, which are addressing the same product listing. We do not offer or currently have physical product gift cards, so when this term is utilized and addressed anywhere on our site, it is referencing an “e-gift card”, which is delivered by email only)—Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Gift cards are issued through Shopify, not by us. The generated code that is enclosed to the person you are electing to receive the e-gift card is only visible to them, the intended recipient, and not to the purchaser. This code/redemption key is not visible to us on our end either, we can only request the system (Shopify) resend the email containing the Gift Card details on how to redeem your store credit at checkout (which would contain this code) to the initial intended recipient, which once the e-gift order has been purchased, cannot be changed or cancelled. Please make sure you verify with the intended recipient of an e-gift card that they still use and have access to the email you intend to purchase their gift card with, and that it is correct, prior to placing the order. We recommend using your own email (the purchaser) if you are unsure of your recipients email, and want it to remain a (surprise) gift. This way you can forward this email, or print it out to physically gift them the code you will have visible to you, and you can ensure it is received.

The reason the original purchaser (as well as ourselves) cannot view/change/cancel e-gift cards once the order has been placed, is to protect the potential consumers’ (the intended recipient’s) rights to use, and to ensure they have full discretion of when they would like to redeem their store credit, in exchange for whatever they intend to purchase. We DO NOT place expirations on e-gift cards, they are redeemable at their initial purchased value indefinitely, so long as our Shop is still operating. In the event we transfer ownership or close our shop, e-gift card recipients will be informed ahead of time, as soon as we can transparently communicate with them. We will work with each consumer to ensure we offer something both parties can agree is of equal value of such e-gift card, in the event of a shop closure.
