Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

TERMS OF SERVICE

General
At Few & Far, we strive to offer a first-class experience for our members, customers, and affiliates. The following terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and Few & Far. Few & Far reserves the right to cancel and/or terminate any user’s account for any violation of these Terms.

Our wine may only be sold and delivered to individuals 21 years of age or older. There must be an adult (21+) present to sign for all Few & Far shipments. A valid government-issued ID may be required upon delivery. All wine sales are delivered by licensed shipping companies.

All purchases are made on the Few & Far website. You are responsible to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and credit card information.

Membership/Orders
By becoming a member and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. There are no fees associated with membership. A member may choose to suspend or cancel their subscription at any time with no penalty fees. Recurring subscription orders are processed on the first day of each new month on the months pre-selected by member. Shipments are sent out the first week of each new month. If member chooses to "gift" the monthly selection, the recipient's address must be updated prior to the first day of the next month. Should member choose to cancel subscription, the 10% discount on additional wines will be discontinued. Each shipment is $110 for 3 bottles of wine not including shipping fees and taxes. The total value of the wine per shipment is to exceed $110. Shipments include varied mixes of artisanal still and sparkling wines. A shipping charge of up to $20 may apply. We will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred for misdirected or returned shipments. Taxes may apply based on the shipping address. By becoming a member and providing your membership and credit card information, you authorize Few & Far to charge your credit card (including shipping and any applicable tax) for each month you pre-select to receive a shipment. Please notify us at least 3 days prior to any shipment to update your account information, payment method, change your address, skip a shipment, or to cancel your membership. You are responsible for updating your information before orders are processed. You may cancel your Few & Far Wine Club Membership at any time by emailing info@fewandfarwine.com or online yourself under your account login. Few & Far may terminate your membership in order to comply with applicable laws, or if you provide any information that Few & Far determines to be untrue.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
