Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange due to health regulations.

Cancellation Policy
Once you speak to Customer Service about your return or exchange, you’ll receive a pre-paid return label shorty after via email.
Simply print out the label, attach it to your packaging and send it back to us. We should receive it within 5-7 business days.
If you’re returning these items, you’ll see the refund processed 3-5 business days after we receive them.
