We’ve owned, operated, and sold both retail and service-based businesses while moving from station to station — so we understand deadlines that move, businesses that relocate or need to be sold, and the particular financial chaos of building something while everything else in life is unpredictable.

Shipping Policy
All services are delivered remotely — there is nothing to ship.
Onboarding: Once a signed engagement letter is in place and we have secure access to your accounts, onboarding is complete within 5 business days.
Monthly bookkeeping: Your reconciled financial statements are delivered by the 15th of the following month, provided all statements and documentation are received by the 5th.
Catch-up and cleanup work: Timeline is scoped and agreed in writing before work begins, and depends on the number of months, accounts, and platforms involved. Typical range is 2–6 weeks.
QuickBooks Online setup: Completed within 10 business days of receiving access, including your live training session.
All files and financial statements are delivered securely. We do not transmit financial documents or account credentials by unencrypted email.
Refund Policy
No engagement begins with a guess. Every client starts with a free 30-minute call, followed by a diagnostic review of the current state of your books. Only then do we issue a flat price in writing — so you know the scope, the cost, and the timeline before any money changes hands.
Monthly services: Billed in advance. Cancellable with 30 days' written notice. Any unused prepaid months are refunded in full.
Fixed-scope projects (catch-up, cleanup, QuickBooks Online setup, year-end and 1099 prep): A deposit is required to begin. If work has not started, the deposit is fully refundable. Once work is underway, refunds are prorated to work not yet performed.
Diagnostic review: If the diagnostic reveals the work isn't a fit for us, we'll tell you and you'll owe nothing.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy
Because these are professional services, there is nothing to return or exchange. Here's how ending an engagement works.
Cancelling monthly services: Cancel at any time with 30 days' written. We'll complete the month in progress, deliver your final reconciled financial statements, export and hand over your complete accounting file, and transfer administrative access back to you. Your data is yours — always, and without conditions.
Rescheduling: Calls and scheduled sessions can be rescheduled at no charge with 24 hours' notice.
Our right to end an engagement: We reserve the right to end an engagement if we are unable to obtain the records or access required to maintain accurate books, or if we are asked to record transactions we believe to be inaccurate. In that event we'll provide 30 days' notice and a complete handover.
