Shipping Policy
S H I P P I N G.
All jewelry and paper items will be shipped within 7-10 business days from the order date. Orders will be shipped by Priority Shipping with the United States Postal Service. A tracking number will provided.
All domestic shipping rates reflect USPS Priority shipping.
Refund Policy

All sales are final. Custom, personalized, or special requests may not be exchanged or refunded for any reason and the buyer agrees to the terms of such pieces upon the time of purchase.
Exchanges will be at the discretion of B. Rowe & Co. Exchange requests must be made by email within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and B. Rowe & Co. reserves the right to accept or decline any exchange requests.
Items approved for exchange must be returned to B. Rowe & Co. within 14 days from approval. A pre-paid return label will be provided within the continental United States. A nominal shipping fee will be applied on all exchange shipping back to the customer.
Items must be in the same condition in which they were received, must be in their original packaging, and must include all product tags.
