Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Base & Bloom! We strive to ensure that your order is processed, packaged, and delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note: During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Base & Bloom! We take pride in the quality and care that goes into every item. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.
To start a return, please contact us at info@baseandbloomco.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns for:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.
Cancellation Policy
Exchanges
