Shipping Policy
Base-ics Boutique is a locally owned small business. We do not operate under a shipping warehouse, and all orders are fulfilled by hand by our team. If there are any shipping delays on our end with your order, you will be contacted. We want to ensure the best products and services are provided to you, and we try to get every our out ASAP! Refund Policy
We offer store credit for any returns you may have. Your store credit will not expire and can be used on any item in the store.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shopthebaseics@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
