Shipping Policy
Each item will have its own timeline that will be in the description.
RTS items are 3-5 business days to get shipped. Whereas made to order /preorders are a 1-2 week turn around.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be accepted with consideration. Items must be free of make-up, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, and any other marks or stains.
You have 7 days after your item(s) is successfully delivered to start a return process for store credit. Once your return has been accepted, it must be sent back to us within 21 days of your item(s) delivery date. Please ensure your package will arrive in time. If your return hasn't been received in time, we will not be able to issue you a refund.
