Shipping Policy
Once a video message is purchased, there will be a 4-day turn-around time from the initial email confirming the request and the final production.
Refund Policy
No refunds.
Cancellation Policy
There are no exchanges or returns. However, you can cancel, but it must be within 48 hours before the due date of the video.
