Shipping Policy
Currently, all the artwork is in digital format (or instant download depending on the listing), which will be sent to you via email. You can then print it yourself in the comfort of your own home or a local print shop. I am also offering small prints. If the size is not specified at the time of ordering, kindly specify your preferred size.
Refund Policy
I know how special these gifts can be and that's why I offer unlimited revisions until you are completely in love with your portrait!
For digital orders: These are digital files, therefore, due to the nature of the order, there are no refunds.
For small prints: Refunds are not available for prints due to the unlimited revisions offered.
