Shipping Policy
We ship your order within 48 hours of receiving an order with the exceptions of weekends. If the order falls on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday the item will be shipped on the following Monday (not Including holidays).
Refund Policy
We do not accept returns on coffee as it is custom made to the customers order / grind requirements. If there is an issue with the quality of our product we will resolve the issue by replacing the coffee order or any defective coffee gear item. We provide “Gold Standard” Service to all of our customers and will ensure your satisfaction.
