Shipping Policy
Grounds4Cause Shipping Policy:
Order Delivery time:
- All orders are shippedย PRIORITY/FIRST CLASS USPS
- Expected Delivery Time: 6-12 business days from the day you place the order
- We are a small business (Military Spouse & Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Operated).
- Coffees are "Roasted to Order".
- Coffees reach their optimal peak 7-10 days from roasting, so they will be the freshest when you receive them.
- We will email you tracking info as soon as the order is shipped.
DRINKWARE:
- Orders will be charged a $10-$15 flat rate for shipping.ย
**Please note:ย During the holidays you may find abnormal shipping times.**
Refund Policy
Returned coffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item, unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery. Any express shipping where applicable is not refunded. Express shipping is Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and other overnight or express shipping services that may have been requested by you. Ground shipping is not refunded unless our shipping department was at fault and your order arrived damaged.
Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
