Whether this is your first time to Fort Bragg or you are returning, we always say “Welcome hOMe”. Guiding Wellness Institute is the largest Holistic Health and Wellness Center in Fayetteville, NC. Founded by Holistic Health Practitioner and military spouse, Kelsy Timas, Guiding Wellness Institute serves the entire Fayetteville and Fort Bragg community. As a national organization, we are committed to inspiration, education, and collaboration for the discovery, recovery and maintenance of living in balance. Our 200-hour therapeutic yoga teacher training is the largest in the national and currently serves the Fort Bragg, Fort Hood and Fort Campbell communities. Additionally, we offer 300-hour yoga teacher training, workshops and retreats. As a wellness center, we provide services for massage therapy, life coaching, health and nutrition coaching, private yoga and floatation therapy. We offer a weekly yoga and fitness class schedule with three free yoga classes a week for our military family.
