Heritage Candles LLC started in a one bedroom apartment in San Antonio, Texas in 2015 when we made our very first candle. It was love at first sniff. Since then, we’ve continued to develop our skill in candle making across several states. As a military family, we know the importance of making each new place we move feel like home. No matter where we live, each place instantly becomes home when we light our favorite candles. That’s what we hope to do for you as well: make your house your home.

Shipping Policy
We typically ship orders within one to three business days. We use primarily USPS Priority Mail, which typically arrives in 2-3 business days.
Refund Policy
If you feel you need a refund for your product, please contact Heritage Candles at heritagecandlesllc@gmail.com. We handle each refund request on a case by case basis.
Cancellation Policy
There's nothing worse than a broken candle! So if your candle arrives broken, please contact us at heritagecandlesllc@gmail.com and we'll get a replacement out to you ASAP!
