If you feel you need a refund for your product, please contact Heritage Candles at email@example.com. We handle each refund request on a case by case basis.

There's nothing worse than a broken candle! So if your candle arrives broken, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get a replacement out to you ASAP!
