Shipping Policy
We use the Postal Service for shipping all orders out. After orders are placed and payment has been confirmed, a Tracking Number will be created and then given to the Customer.
Refund Policy
Refunds: We strive to represent each item we list as accurately as possible. If there's any questions, PLEASE reach out to us, as we're happy to help. We encourage all of our Customers to read the details listed with each item. After your order is placed, you'll receive a Tracking Number. Once the order is sent, it is out of our control. In the event that your items are lost during the shipping process, please contact your local Post Office for assistance. If possible, we will help within reason, however it is the responsibility of the Postal Service to deliver items on time/non-damaged/accurately/to the correct address.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted within 8 hours of placing the order. If you need assistance with this, please just let us know and we'll help out.
Exchange policy: Since most of our inventory is not duplicated, meaning that often times there's only one of a particular item/color/fabric, exchanges are not possible. PLEASE read the details included with each item's description. We keep a smaller inventory in stock.
