Shipping Policy
All shipping and delivery costs associated with services or products provided by Le Fay LLC are the responsibility of the client.
Shipping fees will be calculated based on carrier rates, packaging requirements, and delivery location. These charges will be included as a separate line item on the client’s invoice along with applicable service fees.
Shipping costs must be paid in full prior to the release or delivery of any physical materials. Le Fay LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once items have been dispatched.
Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies exclusively to Le Fay LLC’s on-site photography and videography services.
In the event of equipment malfunction, data corruption, or other technical failure that prevents delivery of the photography and/or videography services as outlined in the signed Agreement, Le Fay LLC’s liability shall be limited to a full refund of all payments received under the Agreement.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that a full refund of payments made constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy available.
Le Fay LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits or missed opportunities, beyond the total amount paid under the Agreement.
Cancellation Policy
Le Fay LLC provides services on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise outlined in a written agreement. All payments must be received in full prior to the commencement or continuation of services.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Services will remain active until written notice is received and confirmed.
Failure to remit payment for requested or ongoing services will result in an automatic suspension of services. Accounts with unpaid hosting fees will result in immediate website disconnection until payment is received in full.
Le Fay LLC does not offer refunds for services already rendered.
