Shipping Policy
LKCC products are shipped by USPS. Â Most items ship in 1-2 days after purchase, unless they are made-to-order or custom made items. Â All items will include shipping expectations. Â Your items are packaged with care to ensure safe arrival to the destination. Â Please message LKCC in the event of damages with photos of your item and packaging within 7-10 days of arrival for a resolution. Â LKCC is a supporter of reuse/recycle shipping products as long as they are in good condition.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of custom hand painted products, refunds are not available. Â However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please reach out for possible resolutions.
Issues due to damaged items will be accepted for a full refund only if clear photos of both the product and packaging in provided within no later than 10 business days after arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted  and will receive a full refund ONLY if reported within 24 hours of your purchase.
Returns and Exchanges will be accepted if LKCC is notified within 10 business days after arrival. Â If you wish to return your item for any reason, the buyer will be responsible for a return shipping and restock fee. Â This amount will be disclosed once your request is sent. Â Exchanges will not include a restock fee, but will be subject to return shipping costs.
