Shipping Policy
Each item listing gives an estimated shipping time - the estimated time that it will take for the item to leave the shop. Please note that if an item shows it will be shipped between 24-72 hours of purchase, that is how long it will take to get to the post carrier.
Custom items will be available for purchase. However, the turn-around time is approximately 1-2 weeks.
Please note that shipping times will be longer when shipping APO/FPO.
Refund Policy
We want to ensure that you are happy with your new piece!
Refunds are available to be issued on products that the customer is unhappy with. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs during a return. The item(s) must be in the original packaging and be undamaged.
Refunds on custom orders are NOT available.
If an item is damaged upon receipt, please email mudandmetalearrings@gmail.com immediately.
Cancellation Policy
Items are eligible for CANCELLATION within 24 hours with no fee.
RETURNS are available to be issued on products that the customer is unhappy with. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs during a return. The item(s) must be in the original packaging and be undamaged.
EXCHANGES are made on a case by case basis.
