Shipping Policy
Only non-perishable items can be shipped. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, and mailed orders need up to 3 extra business days for processing after the order is accepted.
Food items aren’t eligible for shipping, but you’ve got options:
Pickup at the storefront (318B Yukon Way, Eielson AFB)
On-base delivery
Front gate pickup
On-base delivery is $1.00 for orders under $15, and free for orders $15+.
Refund Policy
All food item sales are final. If there’s ever a problem with the quality of your order, reach out and we’ll make it right.
For non-food items, just contact the shop and we’ll work with you to sort out any issues.
Cancellation Policy
Grab-and-go food purchases are final and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for health and safety reasons.
For custom food orders:
A 25% deposit is required when placing the order.
Canceling within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery date will result in being charged the full order price.
Canceling before the 72-hour window is allowed, but the deposit is non-refundable.
Shipped non-perishable orders cannot be canceled once the order has been accepted for processing.
Custom-made items (food or non-food) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
