OCC Serves DOD-affiliated families, active-duty, veterans, reserves, retirees, and civilian contractors. We seek to create equitable access to quality child care and fair practice contract opportunities for Department of Defense personnel and their families. OCC believes that families should have free knowledge access to all of their options which may or may not include our services. The best way to support our troops is by supporting their families.
