Vendor Policies
Shipping Policy
In stock orders will ship in 1-2 business days. Custom orders take 1-2 weeks to produce and ship.
Refund Policy
Refunds are accepted on in stock items with an $8 restocking fee. Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.
Cancellation Policy
In stock cancellations can be made if they are received before shipping. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once they have been started. Exchanges are allowed for the same item but shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
