Shipping Policy
Most items are made-to-order and will ship within 3-5 business days. Custom items require 14 business days from the time you place the order. Orders received after 5 p.m. Eastern will be processed the next business day.
Refund Policy
Personalized items are non-refundable/non-exhangeable so please take double check care when submitting personalized information. However, if you find a problem with your item please email me at reinventedwoodworks.com or message me through Spousely.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations -- please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order.
Returns/Exchanges -- I do not accept returns on custom or personalized items unless there's been a mistake on my part.
