Shipping Policy
We ship domestically and internationally! Shipping times depend on your location. Typically orders are delivered to your doorstep within 2-5 business days.
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Personalized (custom) orders take 2-8 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order.
Refund Policy
We can only accept returns and process refunds for items purchased at Sickfit.us
To be eligible for a refund, returned merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original packaging. All garments are subject to inspection.
A valid proof of purchase (e.g. original receipt, email order confirmation) and the credit card used at the time of purchase (for credit card transactions) will be required to process a refund.
Returns accompanied by a gift receipt can be exchanged or refunded as a store credit for the transaction price indicated on the gift receipt.
Refunds are not offered on custom pieces. If merchandise is damaged please let a representative know and we will resolve the issue.
Cash refunds are not permitted for online orders or returns without a valid proof of purchase.
We only offer gift cards or exchanges for online return orders purchased using PayPal.
