Because all items from The Paw Patch are handmade, we are unable to accept returns.
Personalized Items
Personalized and custom items, including personalized ornaments, are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Non-Personalized Items
Exchanges may be available for non-personalized items within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll gladly work with you to make it right.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if production has not begun. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Personalized items are final sale.
