Vendor Policies

Shipping Policy

All ready-to-ship items will be shipped within the stated time frame under each listing. Customized items or items made-to-order will ship within the stated time frame under their listings as well which is a longer time frame due to being made after the order is placed. Custom items do take longer to make. Shipping cost is covered by the customer and will be added at checkout. Please keep in mind that refunds cannot be made due to un-noticed shipping times.

Items are shipped via USPS first class or priority mail and once the packages are in the USPS hands, you will be provided tracking and the mail delivery will then be up to the post office. If there are missing items or packages at that point, we can work on claims and make sure we get your package and item taken care of properly.

Refund Policy

~ We cannot accept any returns/refunds on customized/personalized items unless we made an error. We do handle every request on a case by case situation. So please contact us with any issues first before leaving us with a bad review. We will do our best to meet your needs.

~We do ask that once you place your order, you keep an eye for any messages from us. We may have questions for you if you choose any personalization/etc.

~If you receive an item that is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours. Be prepared to send us pictures of the item and explain what is wrong with the item. We will work on a case by case situation as far as if we choose to do a refund, or send you a new item. You may be required to mail back the item if asked by us.

~We cannot accept refunds due to you simply "changing your mind" on an order. If you change your mind, we need to know within 24 hours of your order placement before we start production of your item(s). Most items are started immediately and so refunds are not allowed.

~We stand behind our products 100%. We will never ship out a product that we would not be happy with ourselves. Customer service is a top priority for us and we would love you to be happy with your product.

~If you receive a damaged item, we will work with USPS Claims. We take filing claims very seriously. If your item arrived damaged due to shipping, we require that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will require you to: 1. Take pictures of ALL items including mailer, packaging, and items. We will need ALL items sent back to us: original packaging, mailer and items so that a claim can be filed.
