Thread & Letters are the very essence of my work – the thread that is needled into my craft, and the letters that stitch together the words I write.
My name is Kristin, the writer and cross-stitcher behind Thread & Letters. I’m a follower of Christ, air force pilot wife, mama to our daughter, and fur-mama to our pup. I started cross stitching in 2018 when my husband left on his 12th deployment. I began writing in 2019, while we were stationed at a remote base and I was in between jobs as a physician assistant.
I have published two children’s books, including a two-time award-winning Christmas children’s book. Both are available for purchase on this page.
I create cross stitch gift items, and in particular, cross stitch bookmarks and custom cross stitch baby stats decor/ornaments.

Shipping Policy
Flat rate $2 shipping on all items. Books ship within 1-3 business days via medial mail. Cross stitch items ship within 2-6 weeks, however this is often sooner. If you would like expediated shipping please contact the shop.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of the cross stitch items being handmade, there may be a slight variation in size and color in person compared to pictures.
