Shipping Policy
This is a service-based company. We do not ship anything to our clients.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds for our services. I stand behind the work that I do and the relationships I build with my clients. My clients and I are in communication often, so if there is something about my work that is less than satisfactory, I will be receptive and responsive to your needs as a writer.
Cancellation Policy
I start with a FREE 15-minute consultation call with each client to make sure that we will work well together on their project. Then, I read and edit a 500-word sample for FREE so my clients can see my work, get a feel for how I do things, and make sure we are both happy moving forward with the project. Once we are both on the same page and excited to move forward, there will be a contract written up and signed by both parties. Once that contract is agreed upon and signed, it will be returned to Top Shelf Proofreading with a 25% non-refundable deposit. The final invoice will be received by the client when the project is completed and is expected to be paid in full within 7 days.
