Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days within the United States.
Please note that Treehouse Storyteller is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our small business and printed products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
Cancellation Policy
