Shipping Policy
Each DTS Map is made to order with personalized details that reflect the customer’s military journey. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and delivery, as maps are carefully reviewed, customized, and either mounted and framed or shipped in protective packaging depending on the order type. Standard shipping within the continental United States is included with all purchases. Expedited shipping is available upon request and may incur an additional fee. Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped. If there are any delays or issues, we will communicate directly with the customer to keep them informed.
Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of the DTS Map, all sales are final and non-refundable once production has started. Each map is a unique reflection of a service member’s career and cannot be resold or restocked. We encourage all customers to review their design proofs carefully before final approval. In the rare event that an error is made on our end (such as a misspelling or incorrect placement), we will correct and reissue the map at no cost. Our mission is to ensure each map honors your service accurately and meaningfully.
Cancellation Policy
Because every DTS Map is custom-created based on individual service history, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, if your map arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem, whether that means sending a replacement, repairing the damage, or offering a credit. We are committed to delivering a product you are proud to display, and our team is here to make sure your experience reflects the same pride and precision that went into your service.
