Shipping Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products, please allow for 2-3 weeks for production. Some items will be ready to ship and will be listed as such. Those will ship in 2-3 business days.
Refund Policy
Refunds can be issued on non-custom orders provided that the item is returned without damage. Buyer is responsible for shipping items for a return.
If an item is damaged in shipped by the shipping provider, please send me a message as soon as possible with pictures.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of initial placement.
Returns can be accepted on a case-by-case basis, provided that the item is returned without damaged. Any return requests must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Customized items are not eligible for return.
