we ship worldwide with USPS and every package comes with tracking and insurance.
Refund Policy
Due to these items being handmade and a lot of hours go into making them, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, if something is wrong with your tumbler that we made a mistake on and affects the ability for you to use it then we will gladly remake it for you with the return of the original tumbler.
